B&E has been founded by us in 2010, to combine the skills of Konstruktion T. Eisenschmidt and ALCUNIFER Engineering as an engineering company in the field of medium and high voltage switchgear and to develop new strategies. The network of B&E disposes engineers from the fields of mechanical engineering, production engineering, electrical engineering and electrical energy technology. Long term experience in the development of gas-insulated switchgears, vacuum switching technology and insulation systems up to high voltage is our core competence.

The focus we place on the development of concepts, the development, design, strategies and new innovative solutions to be developed for outdoor or indoor switchgear, components and plants, insulation systems and drives.We have extensive capabilities and long-term partnerships for the calculation of arcs in rooms and plants, tests and technical evaluation for dielectric processes (field calculation), heating, convective flows, current density, pressure effects and mechanical stress.Therefore, at an early stageduring the concept and development phase we can make the right decisionsfor materials, product life and cost targets. B&E sees itself as partner with groundbreaking technology transfer.We convince our customers through innovation, creativity, flexibility, high quality and excellent communication.

B&E is pioneer in the area of manufacturer independent development of switching devices and switchgear. B&E performs its own research tasks and assigns in these frame topics for scientific research and supervise these.
